how can i maintain a dogfish in a 50 litters aquarium?

The simple answer to this is "no". The complicated one is that most "Dogfish" (i.e. sharks) are marine so require a relatively large aquarium even for small ones and they will commonly grow to about 1-2 meters long so should only ever be kept in public aquaria, if at all!
