Most probably Synodontis eupterus, also known as featherfin catfish, which is a moderately tempered African river catfish which grows to about 8 inches / 20 cm.

It looks like it could be some sort of lesion. How long has it been there? Can you provide a more detailed photo or describe it?

nevermind i have bought some myxazin treatment for bacteria infection should do the trick thaks anyway
