Actually, I'm not familiar with this kind of fish. But I think she's pregnant because of her huge belly. Your Mollie is not just satisfied with the food but as I can see to the picture she has a big belly.

If she has been in the same tank as a male any time in the last 6 months or so, she is probably pregnant: most livebearering females have the ability to store sperm over a long period of time.
